This is simple to do - just select from the menu - Help -> About -> "GroG it no-worky" button.
It's trying to get additional services, but can't because it can't find apache decoder. I tested this on a Fedora Linux 32 system - and it worked, but for some reason it's trying to decode.

I'm guessing that you mean, "Why can't you install anny additional Services in to the myrobotlab?"

The root cause is this exception :

You can possibly fix this by downloading the apache codec jar
